Improbable because there is so little wine worth drinking in this zone, at least on these shores. Lo and behold, this is good! Sure, the oak tannins are a bit scratchy, but the fruit is luscious. Blue and black fruits, florals, a strap of chewy liquorice and a lick of vanilla. What's not to like?"
